Off-hire and return

Define notice, collection access, cleaning, fuel, damage inspection and docket sign-off before the equipment arrives. The useful starting point is the outcome: what must be moved, lifted, compacted, reached, powered or supported, and by when. Equipment class follows that outcome—not the other way around.

Share the exact site location, access dimensions, ground information, programme and expected working hours. Photos, drawings and quantities help a supplier test the proposed configuration against the real task. Ask where the equipment will mobilise from and what is included in the quoted basis.
