Frannas are quicker for repeated lifts and carrying loads around firm sites. A slewing crane is better for lifts over obstacles, longer radius and heavier loads.

What licence is needed?

Non-slewing mobile cranes over 3 tonnes require a CN (or higher mobile crane) high-risk work licence. Franna hire is usually supplied with an operator.
